Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a software development environment and solid software engineering knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and their application in software engineering
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes and best practices
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our software quality management systems (QMS)
• Identify opportunities to streamline software quality assurance processes
• Conduct internal audits and assessments for ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance
• Monitor key quality metrics and report on QMS effectiveness
• Provide training and support to team members on quality processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging software technologies and integrate relevant trends
• Collaborate on process improvements and best practices across the SDLC

Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management Systems: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our software quality management systems (QMS)
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and practices related to software quality assurance
• Audits and Compliance: Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001 / AS9100).
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key quality metrics to drive improvements and report on the effectiveness of the QMS.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to team members to ensure awareness and adherence to quality processes.
• Software Technologies: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and incorporate them into our processes where appropriate
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on process improvements, best practices, and quality standards to enhance our software development lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Master Computer Engineering
• Experience with software development environment and good knowledge on software engineering domain.
