We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the impress.ai platform. You will guide clients from onboarding to adoption, helping recruiters and HR leaders transform their hiring processes.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, understands the complexities of enterprise recruitment, and is obsessed with client satisfaction.
Onboarding & Implementation: Lead new clients through the setup process, configuring their AI chatbots to match their specific hiring workflows and ensuring a smooth "go-live."
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads) to understand their goals and ensure our solution meets them.
Adoption & Optimization: Monitor client usage data to identify areas for improvement. Proactively suggest new features or workflow tweaks to increase ROI.
Retention & Expansion: Own the renewal process and identify opportunities to expand the usage of impress.ai within client organizations.
Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams to drive platform improvements.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or HR Consulting, preferably within the B2B SaaS or HR Tech space.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning new software quickly; experience with recruitment systems (ATS) like Workday, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors is a major plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical HR professionals with ease.
Problem Solving: A data-driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot client issues and think on your feet.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
