Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an RPA Specialist. In this role, you will assist in RPA project execution, support project managers, and help the team to enhance their RPA skills. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, 2–3 years of RPA experience, and proficiency in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in the construction of Business Cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization
• Motivate your project teams in the execution of day-to-day tasks and in the development of their RPA skills and abilities
• Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices
• Support your Project Managers in managing project timelines, quality, well as client relationships
• Work with the team to ensure that all project documents are maintained
• Work with the team to execute RPA projects by analyzing and designing process workflows, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects
• Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; capable of designing, building, testing, and implementing RPA workflows; understanding of process analysis and automation lifecycle
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; able to support project management activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Blue Prism Developer, or other relevant RPA certifications preferred
