Job Description

1. Be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficient operation of the overseas business of the mobile - phone department and sales - service department, and ensure that the service always remains highly available.
2. Provide technical support for overseas business, and be responsible for core operation and maintenance work such as resource delivery, fault handling, capacity management, resource management, monitoring management, and quality analysis.
3. Be responsible for and review the technical architecture design, evaluate the rationality of the business architecture, actively inventory and identify risks, and promote or lead the work of risk elimination.
4. Be responsible for in - depth analysis of system deficiencies, locate system bottlenecks and optimization directions, and formulate implementable plans to improve system stability and ensure the low - cost and highly available operation of the system.
5. Be responsible for 7*24-hour On Call, promptly respond to, track, and solve online emergency problems, and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the business.
6. Design and develop automated platforms and services to improve operation and maintenance and delivery efficiency and reduce repetitive manual operations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
2. Be proficient in Python, Go, or Shell scripts, and have the ability to independently develop modules or platforms.
3. Be familiar with cloud computing services, and those with management experience in multi - cloud or hybrid - cloud platforms are preferred (such as Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.).
4. Be familiar with the Internet architecture and common infrastructure, and have a deep understanding of network, load balancing, middleware, and high - availability disaster - tolerance architecture.
5. Be able to work in the Singapore region, have a good team - cooperation spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and a self - driven and proactive work attitude.
6. Have good systematic thinking and business understanding ability, and be able to propose stability and architecture optimization solutions starting from business goals.
