Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer with 6 to 9 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, robust applications using Spring Boot, and will be proficient in implementing CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Deploy applications in containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for applications and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a deep understanding of Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
