As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Software Developer to support sell-side cash equity brokerage equity OMS (order management system), EMS (execution management system) and handle FIX protocol.

About the job

• Senior Technical Ownership of a Regional Platform
• Permanent role with an established company

• Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment) for our strategic Regional APAC platform.
• Work directly with front-office users (traders, sales) to understand complex business needs, challenge assumptions, and deliver robust, high-performance enhancements.
• Act as a primary investigator for complex technical issues. You will collaborate across all IT domains (Post-trade, Security, Infrastructure) to triage, elevate, and resolve problems efficiently.
• As we establish and grow our regional team, you will be trained to support equity and middle-office functions, contributing to a "follow-the-sun" support model (which may include rotational early shifts in the future).

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have experience in sell-side cash equity brokerage business equity OMS (order management system) and EMS (execution management system), handling FIX protocol / FIX gateways, programming languages such as C#, .NET, PowerShell, Visual Basic, Python or Java is required for this role.
