Role: Software Engineer (Salesforce)

We are now looking for a top-notch Salesforce developer to join us in this mission, designing world class Salesforce applications for Service Cloud and/or Public Sector solutions.

You will be responsible to gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors, eventually to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements
• Developing Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
• Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with third‑party systems and Whole‑of‑Government components/services
• Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus
• Knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:
  • Apex development
  • Visualforce page development
  • Lightning components development
  • Experience in third‑party API and SFTP integrations
  • Experience with data migration through other CRM tools, e.g., data loader, including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred)
• Configuration Experience, including:
  • Hands‑on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
  • Experience in report and dashboard configuration
  • Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus
