Overview

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of project enterprise identity and access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, customization and deployment of the bank’s identity and access management framework and application.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build and implement workflows and enhancements for the enterprise identity and access management platform
2. Act as the subject matter expert for identity management business processes (identity lifecycle, user access reviews, application matrices etc)
3. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and/or system issues
4. Responsible for BAU support, monitoring, upgrades, patching and configuration

• 5-8 years’ of software development experience with VB.NET, C#, Angular JS and SQL
• Experience with API design and development (SOAP and REST)
• Working knowledge of user provisioning and directory services
• Ability to deliver low level design and/or implementation documentation
• Knowledge of privileged access management, multi-factor authentication and single sign on technologies is advantageous
• Current or prior experience in administering and supporting identity and access management solutions and platforms (e.g. Sailpoint, OneIdentity) is advantageous
• Domain knowledge of access control and information security governance
• Strong communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information system security, cybersecurity, or related fields
