Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking a capable Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data solutions.

You will build scalable data pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable analytics.

The role requires strong Python/Java, SQL skills, ETL/ELT experience, API development, and knowledge of cloud technologies in a fast-paced Singapore environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven software development or data engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java; SQL proficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Singapore Citizens only.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in software development, data engineering, or a combination of both.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Good understanding of database design and data modelling.
• Experience with API development and system integration.
• Familiarity with software development practices, including testing, debugging, version control, and deployment.
• Experience with data integration, data-processing, or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
