One North AI, a Singapore based firm specializing in providing AI based Technology Solutions is currently hiring Software and Application Managers with about 5+ years of experience as per details given below.

In this role, you will be responsible for Application Management & be part of the team to provide Applications Management, Business Analysis and assure quality of Software Applications being developed.

Job Description:

• Design Applications together with relevant IT and other teams that will meet business requirements and timelines and in accordance to relevant IT policies & frameworks
• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented
• Understand business processes & define the business requirements in the form of use cases / user stories to ensure that the Applications developed are in compliance with business goals and user requirements.
• Oversee the development of solutions and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
• Liaising and communicating with various stakeholders (application/tech teams, project team)
• Have an in-depth understanding of the entire SDLC process
• Provide & share knowledge to other team members
• 2+ years’ experience in the Insurance Domain would be preferred
• End-to-End Software Delivery experience.
• Experience and familiarity with platforms - Confluence, JIRA, MS OfficeSuite
• Write SQL scripts to test ETL results
• Write scripts to regression test the ETL iterations already completed
• Provide inputs to quality assurance metrics on testing progress and open defect counts
• Follow organization QA standards, templates and processes
