Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our APAC Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. The role will focus on driving performance excellence in soft services through data-driven analysis, metric development, and regional initiative management across the APAC region.
Performance Analysis & Metrics Management
- Analyze and report on existing soft services performance metrics across the APAC region
- Identify gaps in current measurement systems and develop new KPIs and metrics where needed
- Create and maintain performance dashboards for regular reporting to regional leadership
- Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights for service improvement
- Standardize reporting methodologies across different countries/areas
Program Management
- Lead and coordinate regional soft services initiatives from conception to implementation
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for regional programs
- Track and report on progress of regional initiatives
- Identify and manage program risks and dependencies
- Ensure alignment of regional initiatives with global strategies
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with country-level teams to understand local challenges and opportunities
- Facilitate regular communication between regional and local teams
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the APAC region
- Coordinate with global teams for best practice sharing and alignment
Continuous Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Develop business cases for proposed improvements
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in facilities management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple countries
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus)
