Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd in Queenstown is seeking a passionate social work graduate to join our Casework and Counselling team. The role focuses on assessing, planning and intervening for cases, and collaborating with partners to achieve positive outcomes.

You will participate in networking, intake and triage, group work, and community initiatives, with emphasis on ethical practice and support for vulnerable populations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work is required or strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of social work values and ethics.
• Experience or understanding of work with vulnerable populations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases as well case conferences with partners.
• Manage case referrals and active cases.
• Participate in networking and case management meetings.
• Document and evaluate case outcomes.
• Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies.
• Ensure reports on cases are submitted in a timely manner.
• Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention.
• Intake assessments for new intakes based on practice standards of the Code of Social Work Practice.
• Network with other organizations and stakeholders.
• Community Needs Assessment.
• Be part of the programme team for Group Work conducted at the FSC.

• Network with other organizations and stakeholders.
• Community Needs Assessment.

GROUP WORK

• Be part of the programme team for Group Work conducted at the FSC.

Requirements

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
