Social worker will be working with youths and their families in the community.
List of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Individualised case management, including conducting orientations for cases, conceptualising, and identifying appropriate approaches to develop case intervention goals from the onset and review according to timeline.
- Work closely with Probation Officers (POs) and Child Protection Officers (CPOs) for co-case management, as well as other stakeholders including families, schools, and employers.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders, including existing and prospective employers, schools, CSO agencies, pro-social communities for reintegration efforts, and community partners.
- Prepare for, attend, and present cases at various platforms to update on intervention progress.
- Maintain casework documentation for all case-related records.
- Liaise with Hostel Operations & Development Department, providing essential information for operations (administration) to schedule daily movements.
- Conduct and participate in group work for residents.
- Support in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of specialized theories and techniques to assess a case holistically using relevant tools within the organisation.
- Ability to conceptualize and formulate relevant, realistic, and achievable case plans.

Preferred achievements
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in the social service sector or similar setting.
- Possess good knowledge and experience with social work interventions; interest in developing clinical skills.
- Passionate about working with youths.
