Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of direct practice experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English and another mother tongue language.
• Must demonstrate good listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from various sources and redirect as needed.
• Participate in projects to improve work processes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
