Job description
Key Responsibility Areas
  • Programme development and implementation
  • To support the design and delivering of programs to meet objectives and outcomes
  • Plan and execute projects and in-person as well as online outreach events / initiatives
  • Mobilise resources and engage in collaborative work
  • To identify areas of needs and engage in strengthening service delivery to tackle needs
  • Ensure proper documentation and support report-writing
  • Manage programme budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Groupwork
  • Prepare and plan groupwork sessions
  • Implement groupwork sessions
  • Evaluate groupwork intervention processes and outcomes
  • Attend to the needs of the groups and the individuals
  • Stakeholder Partnerships / Volunteer engagement and development
  • Recruit, engage and develop volunteers
  • Manage volunteer / stakeholder database
  • Provide relevant training/briefing for volunteers, when assigned
  • Build rapport and professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Casework Support
  • Support needs and intake assessments
  • Support case and care planning and goal setting
  • Support implementation of case and care plans and interventions
  • Support the evaluation of casework intervention processes and outcomes for improvements
  • Support closure of cases upon achieving sustainable service outcomes for clients, families and communities
  • Write case notes and documents
Administrative Support
  • Collate and compile statistics for analysis for programme and other relevant projects
  • Perform any other administrative duties or projects, as required
Programme Evaluation & Research
  • Assist in monitoring research and evaluation projects related to youth mental health programs
  • Support in collection, analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data on service delivery, client outcomes and programme effectiveness
