Job description

Provide preventive and developmental programs/services to service users and community at large according to centre’s framework.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program design and support evaluation of programs
  • Conduct intervention via sports and arts programs (on site and off site)
  • Conduct planning and coordination of centre events
  • Conduct needs analysis and environmental scans when needed
  • Implement community outreach and developmental initiatives
  • Conduct engagement and early screening (i.e. CANS, MHCI etc.)
  • Conduct casework and counseling, conduct needs and risks assessment for low-risks cases
  • Manage and update program and case notes in a clear and coherent/comprehensive manner
  • Perform relevant admin tasks including updating the centre’s statistics and CMS
  • Consolidate periodical reports for submission to management or other relevant authorities
  • Collaborate with clients, key stakeholders/and other professionals
  • Liaise with external vendors and community partners
  • Responsible for tasks assigned by Head and/or Supervisor
  • Attend relevant training and supervision
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work
  • Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply
