HUTTONS ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on video editor and shooter to create short-form social media content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and YouTube Shorts.

You will shoot footage, edit end-to-end with captions, music, and effects, and ensure every piece aligns with our brand style. You will repurpose longer videos into short clips, plan shot lists with the content lead, and manage assets while maintaining quick turnaround and a clear storytelling approach that

Qualifications

• Diploma in Media, Film, Communications, or related fields.
• Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve.
• Comfortable filming people, events, and property walkthroughs.
• Fast turnaround with adherence to a style guide.
• Strong storytelling, hooks, and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Shoot short form content for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube Shorts).
• Edit videos end to end with captions, music, sound effects, and color correction.
• Add on-screen text, subtitles, hooks, and pacing for each platform.
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips and variations.
• Plan shot lists and basic scripts with the content lead, then execute quickly.
• Manage footage: organize files, name properly, store in cloud, keep backups.
• Maintain brand consistency: logos, fonts, colors, intro/outro, disclaimer style.
• Coordinate filming schedule, locations, and simple lighting or mic setup.
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on views, retention, saves, and leads.

• Edit videos end to end: cut, captions, music, sound effects, color correction, simple motion graphics
• Add on screen text, subtitles, hooks, and pacing that fit each platform style
• Repurpose 1 long video into multiple short clips and variations
• Plan shot lists and basic scripts with the content lead, then execute fast
• Manage footage: organize files, name properly, store in cloud, keep backup
• Maintain brand consistency: logo, fonts, colors, intro outro, disclaimer style
• Coordinate filming schedule, locations, and simple lighting or mic setup
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on views, retention, saves, leads

Requirements:

• Diploma in Media, Film, Communications, or related fields
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve is preferred)
• Comfortable filming people, events, and property walkthrough style videos
• Fast turnaround and able to follow a clear style guide
• Good sense of storytelling, hooks, and social media trends
