Job summary

Iris Singapore, part of Cheil Worldwide, is seeking a Creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our vibrant content team. You will work on social strategy, planning and content creation for client brands, with a focus on authentic community engagement and native, culturally relevant content.

You will support content creation, monitor performance, and collaborate with the social team to deliver impactful campaigns that meet clients' business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social media management and content creation.
• Passion for strategic and creative thinking through social channels.
• Understanding social media consumption behaviour and human insights.
• Experience or certification with social media tools (Meta Ads Manager, Meta Analytics, LinkedIn, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social).
• Keen eye for detail and meticulous in delivering accurate work.
• Strong skills in data analytics.
• Experience with government brands and both brand and agency sides is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Creative: conceive or inspire thumb-stopping content for brands.
• Evaluation and Reporting: analyse and optimise performance on social channels.
• Content Strategy and Planning: support development of engaging content aligned to client objectives.
• Client Management: act as the contact point from briefing to production to implementation.
• Community Management: daily engagement and relationship building with core customers.
• Paid Social Management: assist in media plans and coordination with media agency.
