Social Media Specialist (Content & Photo)

Role Summary
This is a hands‑on, high‑volume content creation role responsible for bringing the Fore brand personality to life across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). The specialist will be tasked with planning, shooting, and editing engaging photo and short‑form video content daily, ensuring high production quality that is synonymous with premium, modern coffee culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Scheduling (60%):
- Maintain a detailed content calendar, proactively planning content weeks in advance around promotions, product launches, and cultural moments.
- Write engaging, on‑brand captions and call to action (CTAs).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key social metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to optimize content strategy.
- Photography & Videography (30%):
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily photo and video shoots of new products, in‑store ambiance, lifestyle shots, and staff interactions.
- Crucially, the candidate must be proficient in using and comfortable providing and utilizing their own professional camera and lighting equipment (such as Phone, DSLR or Mirrorless) to ensure consistent, high‑quality visual outputs.
- Perform meticulous post‑production editing (retouching, color grading, cutting) to meet brand standards and platform specifications.
- Community Engagement (10%):
- Monitor social channels in real‑time, responding to comments and DMs to build a positive and active community along with the homeless media / local community.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Photography, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a content creation or social media role, ideally within F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing high‑quality product photography and engaging short‑form video content (IG Reels/TikToks).
- Expertise in editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent mobile/desktop apps).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging features.
