A creative marketing agency in Singapore is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance social media presence for clients. This role involves creating engaging content, performing video editing, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve brand goals. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year in social media management, strong video creation skills, and the ability to work in a team. We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our and SME clients’ social media presence through high-quality content, strong storytelling, and consistent delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on — creating content, appearing on camera confidently, and ensuring every task is completed on time.
You will work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging social media content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign objectives.
Plan, create, and publish social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for Techzu and SME clients
Create short-form video content including filming, editing, and adding motion effects for social media
Write clear and engaging captions, hooks, and scripts with strong copywriting fundamentals
Appear confidently on camera when required (talking head, voice-over, content host, or)
Design social media visuals and creatives such as posts, stories, and basic marketing assets
Apply motion graphics, effects, and transitions to enhance video content and improve performance
Ensure all social media tasks are executed and completed on schedule (content calendar, posting, revisions, follow-ups)
Work with internal stakeholders and clients to align content direction with campaign goals and brand messaging
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and results
Support video shoots as a video host when required, including occasional weekend shoots based on client requirements. Off-in-lieu will be provided in accordance with company policy
Support ad-hoc marketing tasks and creative production needs when required
Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts
Familiarity with content planning tools and social media scheduling
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation content
