We’re looking for a Social Media & Project Manager who can bridge creativity with strategy — managing social accounts, coordinating content production, and tracking how our work performs in the real world.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

  • Oversee day-to-day management of brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Handle community management — replying to comments and DMs, and maintaining the brand voice
  • Conduct daily social listening to identify trends, audience sentiments, and content opportunities
  • Schedule and coordinate posts with the creative team and clients
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports

Project Management

  • Plan and manage timelines across multiple brands and campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams (producers, designers, editors) to ensure smooth content delivery
  • Liaise with clients for updates, feedback, and campaign approvals
  • Maintain project trackers, task boards, and ensure deadlines are met
Who You Are
  • You’re digitally savvy with a strong grasp of social media culture and trends
  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable multitasking across brands
  • You understand how to balance creative storytelling with measurable results
  • You communicate clearly, manage expectations well, and love working in a creative team
Bonus Points If You
  • Have experience in a creative agency or social media management role (1–3 years)
  • Are familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, ClickUp, Notion, or Later
  • Have a keen interest in food, lifestyle, or design industries
  • Enjoy analysing numbers and drawing insights from data
