Responsibilities
  • Devise positioning and strategy for the social media platform, aligning with brand philosophy and business goals to establish reasonable growth plans for the platform’s account matrix. Oversee daily account operations and be accountable for matrix growth, scale, and ecosystem development.
  • Build and manage the platform operations team, ensuring a data-driven approach. Lead the team to execute efficiently and achieve defined targets.
  • Conduct in-depth research on international market preferences and social-media distribution mechanisms to produce videos aligned with platform and user preferences, generating viral content and driving internal traffic.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with platform partners and continuously explore opportunities to enhance content performance and strengthen brand influence.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in the entertainment/content industry. Experience in team/business setup and management, international business, or MCN operations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of distribution mechanisms on short-form video platforms, with keen insight, strong content-creativity awareness, and the ability to identify key market trends. Proven track record in creating viral content.
  • Ability to tackle challenging tasks, adept at resource integration and problem-solving, with excellent leadership skills.
