- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta for healthcare company
- Create engaging, high-quality content (short-form videos, posts, infographics, stories, carousels, etc.)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and target audience preferences
- Manage daily posting, community interactions, and audience engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and feedback across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns tailored to each platform
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and optimise campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably across multiple platforms
- Proven success in growing brand presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta
- Strong content creation skills — copywriting, video editing (basic), and storytelling
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, RED dashboards)
- Ability to adapt tone and content for different cultural contexts (e.g. Western vs Chinese platforms)
