About The Role

Autelier Group is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead the brand awareness campaign, drive sales through innovative social media strategies, manage SEO and Google Ads, and occasionally assist with event management when the marketing team requires support. Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms if needed.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Content Creation: Ideate, plan, and execute engaging copy, image, and video content, including post‑production.
  • Scheduling: Schedule social media posts according to the planned calendar.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize website and social media content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Focus on attracting potential brides to inquire about the company’s makeup services.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media, SEO, and Google Ads campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Event Management: Occasionally assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events when the marketing team requires additional support.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in visual arts or social media content creation across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
  • Aesthetic Sense: A strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Storytelling: Passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of lighting, photography, and videography.
  • Editing Tools: Proficiency in image and video editing tools.
  • SEO Knowledge: Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Event Management: Willingness to occasionally assist with event planning and execution.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent creative writing, copywriting, and communication skills in English.
  • Industry Interest: Strong interest in social media trends related to beauty, makeup, hair‑styling, and bridal industries.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Work Schedule & Location
