Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded Social Media Marketing Executive to own, grow, and energize our brand's online presence. You will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, from conceptualizing viral-worthy content to forging authentic partnerships with creators. Your mission will be to transform our social channels into vibrant communities that drive brand love, engagement, and tangible business results.

Responsibilities
  • Create & Execute: Develop and publish engaging content (including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts) across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Grow the Community: Act as the voice of our brand, engaging with followers and building a loyal community across all platforms.
  • Manage Influencers: Find, negotiate with, and manage relationships with KOLs and creators to expand our reach.
  • Run Paid Ads: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics and use insights to improve our strategy and report on results constantly.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, features, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
