We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in social media strategy, content creation, and running paid advertisements across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.

You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing monthly content calendars, crafting engaging captions, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars for various brands.
  • Develop engaging captions and copywriting that align with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the creative team to coordinate photo/video content production.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback, approvals, and updates on content and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure strong performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, grammar, and brand voice.
  • Good understanding of analytics tools and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
