Position Overview:
The Social Media Marketer is responsible for managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and website content to ensure consistency, engagement, and alignment with brand strategy.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content—including visuals, videos, reels, and product photography—that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with campaign timelines and overall marketing objectives.
- Craft engaging and brand-aligned captions, posts, and key messages that drive traffic, promote audience interaction, and strengthen brand identity.
- Collaborate with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Analyse digital and social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights, optimise engagement, and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Support the development and execution of broader digital and content marketing strategies aimed at growing the company’s online presence and supporting business expansion.
- Assist with general marketing initiatives and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Skills: Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
- Strong photography skills (preferred). Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Capcut, Canva skills.
- Attributes: Creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
