We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire a Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the company’s social media strategy and execution across key platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, user engagement, and app user growth through impactful content creation, performance marketing, and data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement content strategies across major social platforms, including Xiaohongshu, to align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content to strengthen community engagement and brand recognition.
- Monitor content performance, analyze engagement data, and continuously refine strategy for optimal impact.
Digital Advertising & Growth Campaigns
- Manage overseas social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and execute data-driven paid ad campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to achieve user acquisition and conversion goals.
- Utilize SEO/SEM and other digital marketing tools to increase organic traffic and visibility.
App Growth & Data Analysis
- Lead app user growth initiatives across markets through multi-channel marketing approaches.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align growth, branding, and campaign objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience in Xiaohongshu content operations with a strong grasp of platform trends
- Hands-on experience with overseas social advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Strong command of SEO/SEM and analytical tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in app user growth and data-driven marketing optimization.
- Excellent creative thinking, communication, and project management skills.
