We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, understands social media trends, and can turn brand messages into engaging digital content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Produce short-form videos, photos, graphics, and captions aligned with brand identity.
  • Work with designers/photographers/videographers when needed for campaigns.
  • Assist in photoshoots, editing reels, and creating trending content formats.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of accounts.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor brand mentions and customer conversations online.
  • Ensure brand tone and image remain consistent across all platforms.
  • Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.
  • Research trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to drive growth.
  • Propose new content ideas, formats, or collaborations (KOLs/influencers).
  • Assist with social media ads (boosting posts, simple ad setup).
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, video views).
  • Suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Assist with product launches, promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing: outreach, negotiation, seeding of products.
  • Support content needed for CRM, EDMs, and website when needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years experience in social media / content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram & TikTok.
  • Skilled in video editing and basic graphic design (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong writing skills, good eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera is a bonus.
