Job description

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive.

The working arrangement will start with work in office for the 1st Month, subsequently it will be a work from home arrangement.

Basic salary ranges from $2800 to $3200 depending on your experience.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Content Creation – Develop monthly social media posts, including creative copywriting, graphics, and layouts.
  • Video Content Production – Create engaging short-form videos/reels with compelling captions and storytelling.
  • Print Media Design – Produce high-quality content for brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.
  • E-store Management – Maintain and update product listings, images, and descriptions for our online store.
  • Platform Management & Optimization – Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, work with social media assistant on performance tracking and recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • User-Generated Content Campaigns – Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives to encourage authentic content sharing.
  • Influencer/KOL Collaborations – Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to boost brand awareness and reach.
  • Campaign Testing & Analysis – Conduct A/B testing for marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on results.
  • Performance Optimization – Continuously refine social media strategies for better engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Partner with sales and marketing teams to align content with business goals.
  • Event & Exhibition Content – Create compelling visual and video content to promote and document events and exhibitions.
Requirements
