Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy storyteller to produce engaging social media content for PropNex. You’ll conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form videos and posts that connect with audiences, especially on TikTok and Instagram.

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across social platforms.
• Produce engaging short-form videos, posts, and graphics that align with PropNex’s brand and campaigns.
• Translate marketing objectives into impactful storytelling that drives reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Trendspotting & Engagement

• Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and viral formats.
• Monitor conversations, reply to comments and DMs, and build authentic community engagement.
• Tap into cultural moments and trending real estate topics to create timely, relevant content.

Performance & Insights

• Track and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategy.
• Identify content gaps, benchmark against competitors, and apply learnings to improve results.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work with marketing, video, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain consistency with PropNex’s brand tone and platform guidelines.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2. 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in photography and videography
3. Strong creativity and storytelling skills with proficiency in video editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
4. Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and best practices
5. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft engaging captions or scripts
6. Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
7. Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
8. Bilingual in English and Chinese to support bilingual content creation
9. Passionate about social media, storytelling, and digital content (active presence a plus)
