Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the content ideation process and manage the social media content calendar — planning, scheduling, and rollout of posts and campaigns, including F&B promotions, merchandise and Membership-related content etc.

  2. Produce multimedia content including graphics, photos, videos, reels, motion graphics and basic animation for all social media platforms

  3. Produce content for digital and print materials across campaigns, websites, microsites, newsletters, collaterals and Society-wide initiatives

  4. Execute photo/video shoot with the team for F&B promotions, events, corporate merchandise, publications and media coverage when required

  5. Monitor analytics and track content performance, supporting monthly reporting to refine and enhance strategy.

  6. Explore and apply emerging digital trends (reels, interactive posts, motion snippets) to boost reach and audience interaction.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in content creation/management with a proven track record in digital and social media content production

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and relevant design/video tools

  • Skilled in photography, videography and video editing, with ability in animation/motion graphics

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, digital trends, content strategy and audience behaviour

  • Creative with the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital visuals

  • Basic writing and editing skills for captions and short-form content

  • Detail-oriented, organised and communicative — able to multitask, collaborate effectively and work independently with initiative and ownership
