Social Media Content and Community Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage community submitted videos, editing to include banners or watermark as needed
• Ensure consistent and timely content publication
• Serve as the primary point of contact, actively interacting with the audience, responding to comments and messages, and sparking conversations to foster a strong online community.
• Monitor community sentiment, manage brand reputation, address concerns professionally, and escalated potential issues when necessary.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize content strategies.
• Generate comprehensive reports on performance, engagement, and notable trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure social activities align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
