Responsibilities
- Social Media Analytics & Reporting:
- Conduct detailed analysis of key metrics and engagement data to provide insights on customer behavior and content affinity.
- Create and own reports and dashboards (monthly, quarterly, annual) to present insights on project/campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders. Being able to visualise and assimilate data is a strong plus.
- Own and raise the data literacy of all Departments through quarterly data sharing sessions.
- Assist with competitor research, monitor industry trends, and identify content opportunities
- Stay informed on the latest social and digital media trends, best practices, and technologies (emerging platforms, tools, and analytics techniques).
- Work cross-functionally to set benchmarks, KPIs and goals for content creation and strategies.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, including platform trends, SEO/SEM best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Basic understanding of the rest of the marketing funnel, creative production, and operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Diploma / BA/BS in in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X
- Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
- Passionate about social media data and trends, content creation, and digital storytelling
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- Proven experience with Sprinklr – including but not limited to pulling and formatting data from the analytics dashboard. Experience with at least one additional data tool is a strong plus.
