DESCRIPTION
Your role as a Social Media Accounts Manager will focus on managing client relationships and overseeing social media strategy, execution, and performance across multiple client accounts. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand expectations, campaign goals, and timelines.
This role requires strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills. You’ll work closely with the COO and collaborate with WILD’s Creative team to deliver impactful social media campaigns for our clients.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication, expectations, and deliverable timelines.
- Develop tailored social media strategies to optimize brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives—and is delivered on schedule.
- Support content creation where required, ensuring posts are on-brand and align with the client’s social media direction.
- Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting while factoring in seasonal trends, industry events, and campaign milestones.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, preparing monthly reports with insights and recommendations to refine strategy and drive growth.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending fresh ideas to enhance client presence and engagement.
- Uphold a consistent brand voice and tone across all client social channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and propose differentiators that strengthen each client’s social positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions.
- Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional collaboration and project management skills, working effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong professional ethics and ability to handle confidential client information responsibly.
