Role Description

We are looking for a Social Content Producer to lead the creation of short-form videos that drive engagement and brand visibility across our social media channels. This role is focused on creativity, speed, and storytelling turning ideas into scroll-stopping videos that resonate with our audience.

You’ll take ownership of the full content creation process, from ideation and scripting to filming and editing, while also overseeing and improving the quality and engagement of our home tour videos to ensure every piece of content reflects Propseller’s tone, brand, and standards of excellence.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring the brand to life on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, continuously experimenting with formats, hooks, and trends to grow our audience and deliver measurable impact.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead social content creation end-to-end: ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos optimised for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Produce short-form videos at high frequency, with the goal of publishing new content on an almost daily basis to drive continuous growth across social channels.
  • Stay ahead of social trends: identify emerging ideas, formats, and creators to keep Propseller’s content relevant and innovative.
  • Continuously improve engagement performance by experimenting with new formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
  • Oversee and elevate the creative quality of home tour videos, providing feedback to freelance scriptwriters and external vendors to enhance narrative flow, visual appeal, and viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define our social strategy.
  • Work with freelance designers to produce static creative content for Propseller’s paid social channels.
  • Produce additional video content for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and employer branding as needed.

  • Self starter: You can run the day-to-day social content engine on your own. You are comfortable taking full ownership from idea to publish.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience producing social‑first video content, either personal, in‑house or at an agency.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
  • Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of what makes content perform on social media from hooks and pacing to sound and storytelling.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with Propseller’s brand and creative standards.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to handle multiple video projects simultaneously.

Compensation
  • Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 per month, based on your experience level.
