About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Social Content & Performance Executive to manage social media content and paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn. This role combines content creation, paid social advertising, and performance analytics, supporting brand visibility, patient education, and lead generation in a healthcare setting.
You will work closely with marketing, clinical, and doctors to deliver clear, compliant, and data‑driven social media campaigns.

Key Responsibility
- Plan and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Write clear, patient‑friendly captions, hooks, and short scripts aligned with healthcare advertising guidelines
- Coordinate and assist in short‑form video production (reels, shorts, basic on‑site filming and videography)
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn)
- Track and analyse campaign performance (reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions)
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audiences
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting
- Ensure all content complies with healthcare advertising guidelines
- Support responses and follow‑ups to social media enquiries when required
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Hands‑on experience with paid social advertising (Meta and/or LinkedIn)
- Comfortable working with analytics and performance data
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media tone
- Creativity in videography and editing.
- Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Proficient in short‑form video editing tools (CapCut) and graphic design skills (Canva).
- Skilled in smartphone and camera filming, basic lighting, and audio setup, and ability to guide cast / talent during shoots.
- Strong command of English for crafting short, catchy captions and understanding tone across platforms.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts trends and audience behaviour.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or YouTube Studio (added bonus skill)
