Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and a strong understanding of business processes. You’ll work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support Business Central implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Perform fit‑gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing (as applicable).
  • Conduct data migration planning and execution.
  • Develop and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and end‑user training.
  • Assist with testing, issue resolution, and go‑live support.
  • Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Stay current on Business Central updates and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Project Management modules.
  • Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations (at least 2).
  • Proficiency in writing functional specs and training documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
