Accountant-General's Department seeks a Human Capital Management professional to drive leadership development, performance management and workplace conduct initiatives. You will partner with management to nurture a high-performing workforce and support HR digital transformation across the organisation.
The role requires HR qualifications and 2–5 years of experience, with familiarity with Civil Service policies and LMS/tools experience to enhance learning and development programs.
You will be part of the Human Capital Management Directorate under the People & Organisation Group which focuses on developing people and organisational capabilities. As strategic partners to our Directorates and AGD officers, you will work closely with senior management to nurture an engaged and high-performing workforce that is motivated and passionate with transforming public sector finance.
Responsibilities: You will be involved in the following areas:
You will partner and engage AGD’s management, line managers, and employees in leadership, performance and capability development. You will also support HR digital transformation efforts to streamline, improve and automate HR processes.
