SMT Technician (Opportunity to Travel | Fast Hire | UP$3000)

Location: MacPherson (relocating to Lakeside in Feb 2026 – near MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Training: Must be able to travel to China for training at end-November

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT production machines (e.g., screen printer, pick & place, reflow oven).
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Monitor production output and ensure smooth SMT process flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines are calibrated and in optimal condition.
• Support process improvement and yield-enhancement activities.
• Work closely with QA and Production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in SMT line operation.
• Skilled in machine setup, troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and production SOPs.
• Responsible, a strong team player, and willing to learn (training will be provided).
• Must be able to travel to China for training at end-November.
