Job description

• Tai Seng, will move to Lakeside by Feb 2026
• Monday to Friday | 9am – 6pm
• Basic $2700 - $3000 + OT
• Industry: Electronics manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT production machines (e.g., screen printer, pick & place, reflow oven).
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production performance and ensure smooth SMT process flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines are calibrated and in good condition.
• Support process improvement and yield enhancement activities.
• Work closely with QA and Production teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in SMT line operation.
• Hands‑on experience in machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of PCBA manufacturing process.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and production SOPs.
• Team player, responsible, and willing to learn new systems (training will be provided).
