Job summary

Luxoft Singapore seeks a Senior TLM Specialist to implement and configure Smart Stream TLM solutions for a major bank in Singapore. You will collaborate with users and project teams to design, build, test and deliver TLM configurations and documentation.

The role requires deep knowledge of TLM 2.4/3.0, RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server), and cross‑OS experience. Strong testing, governance and stakeholder communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• - 6+ years of relevant experience with TLM 2.4 & TLM 3.0
• - Solid knowledge of a RDBMS: Oracle, Sybase & SQL Server
• - Solid knowledge of at least two operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
• - Experience configuring business applications using front end tools, database updates, and data transformation tools (ETL)
• - Strong experience with SmartStream TLM Suite: Control, Smart Studio, Recon Admin, View, MI
• - Experience in designing, building, testing and delivering TLM solutions with users/project teams
• - Experience in unit testing, system integration & UAT
• - Writing test cases, test design and maintaining dev/test environments
• - Good communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of solutions utilizing Smart Stream TLM Application suite including TLM Control, TLM Smart Studio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View, MI to support enhance and develop the platform
• TLM Solution config and implementation working with users/project team to design, build, test and deliver the solutions
• Create and maintain documentation
• Execute the unit testing, system integration & user acceptance testing
• Configuration/code management and maintenance of dev/test environment
• Follow the delivery governance model and regular updates to project & Business stakeholders
