The Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a structured talent development programme designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, supporting both current and future workforce needs.
As a trainee, you will go through a 15-month structured on-the-job training programme with GSK, gaining hands‑on experience, industry‑relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world‑leading biopharmaceutical environment.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) trainee who will provide technical and business analysis of solutions in support of the manufacturing processes and will manage deployment, testing, validation, performance, operations and improvement of MES applications within Jurong site. This will involve a balance of business process understanding, technical breadth and the ability to operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements to the Manufacturing process using MES applications.
This role will report to the Smart Manufacturing Director, and will be responsible for supporting the MES development as part of the Manufacturing Execution Suite work package, which aims to establish a touchless, paperless manufacturing execution platform for priority products in Jurong. On‑the‑job skills training will be provided to build and grow business process understanding and MES capabilities for the role.
