Your Role

As our Smart Home Technician, you are the face of Koble. You’ll lead on‑site meetings, configure and integrate smart devices such as lighting systems, air conditioning, curtain controls, security cameras, and Wi‑Fi networking setups.

Working closely with both installers and homeowners, you’ll help bring their vision of a smart home to life.

From creating personalized automation scenes to providing hands‑on technical support, you play a key role in making homes smarter, more efficient, and truly connected.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & On‑Site Support

• Lead on‑site meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Configure and integrate smart home systems tailored to each home
• Assist with device installation when required
• Educate homeowners on system usage, automation, and benefits
• Create personalized home automation scenes and rules
• Test, troubleshoot, and manage smart home devices
