Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Guest Room Controls Sales Manager to lead business development, solution selling, and strategic account growth for our smart guest room technology portfolio. This role focuses on driving adoption of intelligent control systems—such as lighting, HVAC, sensors, occupancy‑driven automation, voice interfaces, and integrated room management solutions—across the hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills with deep understanding of hotel operations, guest experience trends, and energy‑efficiency technologies. You will act as the key link between hotel owners, operators, consultants, designers, and technology integrators to deliver high‑value solutions that enhance guest comfort while optimizing operational efficiency.

Sales & Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting guest room control systems to hotel groups, developers, and system integrators.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both new‑build and renovation projects.
  • Lead solution presentations, demonstrations, and ROI pitches to stakeholders from engineering to asset management.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel brands, ownership groups, consultants (MEP / ID), and project managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends to support long‑term partnerships.
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand share within key accounts and target regions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years sales experience in hospitality technology, smart buildings, MEP solutions, automation, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of guest room systems (lighting/HVAC controls, room management, occupancy sensors, energy management, IoT).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Existing network with hotel brands, consultants, and integrators in the region.
  • Familiarity with PMS/BMS integrations.
  • Technical background in engineering, IT, or building automation a plus.
