We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Smart FM & Innovation Executive / Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of smart facilities management technologies. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across FM operations, leveraging IoT, CMMS, and data analytics to enhance performance, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Smart Technology Deployment and Operations
  • Oversee implementation of Smart FM technologies including IoT sensors, CMMS platforms, and digital dashboards.
  • Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new digital solutions.
  • Lead and mobilize projects to implement innovative FM solutions.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Track implementation progress and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Centralize data collection and reporting through integrated platforms.
  • Analyze real-time and historical data to identify trends, optimize performance, and reduce operational costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and service partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with HQ IT to drive P3 and other FM technology initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide training and guidance to operations teams on smart technologies and processes.
Business Development Support
  • Support BD team by integrating Smart FM strategies into IFM tenders.
  • Provide technical insights and contribute to proposal development.
Technology Scouting & Evaluation
  • Source and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance FM operations.
  • Stay abreast of market developments to ensure competitive advantage.
