Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Services Engineer for Fan Blade to support digital transformation across manufacturing operations. You will coordinate service lines at plant and cell level, and manage external service provider partnerships to deliver value.

The role requires a BE/BEng in Engineering and 1+ year in manufacturing/automation, with hands-on experience of MES, IoT platforms, Power BI, and real-time data visualization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing/automation.
• Experience with MES and IoT platforms preferred.
• Strong project and change-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Partner with functional teams to implement smart factory projects and dashboards.
• Develop digital capability roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Support major projects with technical expertise and vendor engagement.
• Provide ongoing technical support for digital systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver integrated service ecosystems.
