Job summary

5160 Kyndryl (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Smart Card and Door Access Operator to support secure access management, ensuring timely access to systems, facilities, and services.

You will manage smart card and door access requests, maintain records, and ensure activities meet security and service requirements. You will process requests, produce cards, update access, audit trails and documentation, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with technical teams to resolve incidents quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, service desk, access management or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of request fulfilment, access management, ticketing systems, and operational support processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow controlled processes and procedures.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, request, access and change management practices.

The Role

Your role As a Smart Card and Door Access Operator, you will support secure and efficient access management services, ensuring users receive timely access to systems, facilities, and services. You will manage smart card and door access requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure all activities meet security, compliance, and service level requirements.

Required skills and experience

• Experience in IT operations, service desk, access management, application support, or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of request fulfilment, access management, ticketing systems, and operational support processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow controlled processes and procedures.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, request, access, and change management practices.
• Ability to investigate issues, document outcomes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience working with smart card, door access, identity, or physical access management systems.
• Experience using BMC Helix or a similar ITSM platform.
• Knowledge of SAP operational processes or user administration activities.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Training in access management, identity administration, or security awareness.
• Experience working in enterprise operations or managed services environments.
