Job summary

A waste management company in Singapore seeks an experienced individual to oversee day-to-day operations of the sludge treatment plant. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient processing, supervise Shift Technicians, and enforce safety and environmental regulations. A minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experience in process operations are required. The role offers a competitive salary, overtime allowances, and company transport options.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the sludge treatment plant to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Supervise Shift Technicians to maximize treatment quantity of DWS and DS safely.
• Minimize utilities consumptions including PNG and caustic soda.
• Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and environmental regulations.
