Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Security Officer to support CyberArk PAM implementation and ongoing operations.

You will manage onboarding, configuration, testing, access governance, and BAU transition across IT environments, aligning with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Exposure to CyberArk, PAM, or IAM solutions.
• Understanding of privileged account and access management concepts.
• Understanding of IT operations, directory services such as AD/LDAP.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SSO, and Segregation of Duties concepts is advantageous.
• Ability to follow security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for CyberArk PAM implementation, onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and BAU transition.
• Support secure management of privileged accounts across systems.
• Participate in project lifecycles from requirements through post-deployment support.
• Ensure PAM activities comply with regulatory requirements, policies, governance, and audits.
• Develop and maintain PAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support privileged access lifecycle management including provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Apply RBAC principles to privileged access management.
• Support SSO integration and access management requirements.
• Apply SoD principles for access controls and governance.
• Support access reviews, governance activities, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with security, infra, application, and operations teams to resolve PAM issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of PAM security controls and processes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Security Officer to support the implementation and ongoing operations of CyberArk PAM solutions.

The role will support the full PAM lifecycle, including privileged account onboarding, configuration, testing, access governance, security compliance, and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for CyberArk PAM implementation, including onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to BAU operations.


• Support the secure and effective management of privileged accounts across systems and applications.


• Participate in project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, design validation, planning, implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.


• Ensure PAM implementation and operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, security policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.


• Develop, maintain, and enhance PAM policies, procedures, standards, and implementation guidelines.


• Support privileged access lifecycle management, including account provisioning and de-provisioning.


• Apply Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles to privileged access management.


• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and access management requirements.


• Apply Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles to ensure appropriate access controls and governance.


• Support access reviews, governance activities, and audit requirements related to privileged accounts.


• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and operations teams to resolve PAM-related issues.


• Support continuous improvement of PAM security controls and operational processes.

Requirements

• Exposure to CyberArk, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.


• Understanding of privileged account and access management concepts.


• Understanding of IT operations, system administration, or directory services such as Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.


• Understanding of project lifecycle activities from requirements gathering through implementation and operational support.


• Basic understanding of IT security concepts, including authentication, authorisation, access control, and logging.


• Understanding of RBAC, SSO, and Segregation of Duties concepts is advantageous.


• Ability to follow established security policies, procedures, and technical guidelines.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
